Energy Therapy
Energy therapies are gentle, non-invasive modalities, applied with or without touch, that work with the body's subtle energy systems to support physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Daily stressors and unresolved issues can create disturbances in our subtle energy body. Much like a stream clearing debris, energy therapy can help clear energetic clutter - whether emotional, environmental or energy absorbed from others - often uncovering deeper issues that may need our attention.

Energy therapy involves the use of specific techniques to help bring our subtle energy system back into balance, helping to calm the nervous system (the fight/flight/freeze/fawn response), and leaving you feeling more grounded and present.

Many clients have reported that energy therapy, particularly after surgery or medical procedures, has resulted in reduced pain and discomfort, deeper relaxation and quicker healing.

In our first session, we will focus on your needs and any questions you may have about the process. You may wish to address a specific issue in your life or simply enjoy the nourishing benefits of energy therapy as part of your regular self-care.

What happens after my session?
Integration is a personal process. I encourage you to set aside some extra time after your session to reflect on or integrate the experience. Some people prefer journaling, resting or taking a walk. This is your sacred time - allow yourself to move through it in whatever way feels right for you.​
